麻雀問題
如果我叫糊"東東南南" 2飛, 下家打東我唔食, 跟住對家打南, 我可否食南呢?

Main point is "who is responsible to pay and is it fair or not?"
You cannot see or you don't want to eat East is not an argument, its treated as "miss - error"
Rules are to avoid you "deliberately pick" someone to pay, so simply do not allow you to eat

普版主鋪牌可能係雙番南, 可以等碰南食多兩番架!

This rule is generally used, its not about how many fan, the main concern is "fair", so also apply to friends (even important)
Same round, he can pon South (looking for more fan) "but cannot eat", if he pon South, it starts another round, then of course
he can eat East or whatever he changed to call
