標題: 食豆腐
男人，最愛吃豆腐。
就像日本男人，最近統統迷上這盒「男前豆腐」。
男前，日文叫Otokomae，就是男子氣概的意思。

「男前豆腐店」本是京都一家老牌豆品店，幾年前把豆腐重新包裝，除了有正常一磚磚的，還有一條條像雪條和唧唧冰的即食豆腐，包裝得意鬼馬，成功將豆腐變成潮流產物，不止吸引硬漢買來吃，就連女生都大叫「卡娃兒」，創下日售七萬盒豆腐的驚人紀錄。
近日「男前豆腐」進軍香港，我也買了一「條」先吃為快。味道呢？
用上北海道黃豆，加上沖繩無污染海水提煉的鹽滷（豆腐凝固劑），所以豆香馥郁非常，口感滑溜。
自命夠man的，撕開包裝把豆腐唧出來，一口吞下，這才算Otokomae！

豆香濃郁的「男前絹豆腐」，包裝上印有大大個硬漢模樣，有型到極。
