[討論] 鳳城早餐特價應如何安排

This Monday morning, I went to 鳳城 on 11:40 am, and asked BoBo whether QQ will come today. She told me QQ will back after 12:00 pm and QQ has been booked with other C Hing, so I will be the one after that  C Hing.

So OK, I can wait, as I never met QQ before, so I really want to try. After 10 min, that time is around 11: 50 am, QQ arrive 鳳城 . And the C Hing who has booked QQ has not yet arrived. And that C Hing arrive some minutes later, QQ and that C Hing go to room V5, so I have to wait another 45 min. After that C Hing enjoyed his 45 minutes services, he paid breakfast price HKD 300 . But after my turn with QQ services, Bo Bo need me to pay HKD 370 ( regular price ).

I wonder what is the principle of breakfast price. As I come before 12:00 pm, and has asked BoBo for QQ, and QQ come before back before 12:00 pm. Accordingly Bo Bo told me before, during breakfast period, all girl cannot be reserved, they are all open to select in first come first serve base. So I come before that C Hing, QQ should serve me first, and I should have get the breakfast benefit .

I can remember, some months ago, I called to Bo Bo by phone during breakfast time for QQ, she told me QQ is available on that moment, I said I will come to 鳳城 within twenty minutes. But when I arrive 鳳城, she told me there are already 2 C hing is waiting QQ now, and restated that breakfast is on first come first serve base, cannot be advance booking.

I cannot understand why 鳳城 can have double base to different customer.

In view of this, I think I will not go to 鳳城 again, as I am really feel uncomfortable.

我很想知道早餐價錢的原則 , 我是 12:00 前到達 , 同埋我有向 Bobo 問找 QQ , 她是十二點前回來 , 於是 Bobo 向我說在早餐時段所有囡囡都唔可以預留的 , 他們都是給最早來到的客人優先服務 , 所以我是比那位師兄早來到 , QQ 應該是先服務我 , 同時我應該享有早餐優惠的

我記得幾個月前 , 我在早餐時段打電話俾 Bobo 找 QQ , Bobo 向我說 QQ 那時間得閒 , 我說我會在 20 分鐘內到達 , 但是當我到達後 , Bobo 同我講已經有兩位師兄在等 QQ , 和重申早餐優惠是先來先服務的 , 不可以接受提前預約

我不明白點解鳳城可以有雙重標準對待不同的客人

因為這事 , 我認為我不會再去鳳城 , 我真的感到很不舒服

Make me have hard feeling is because :

1) I come before others, but I have to wait during breakfast period

2) Due to point one, I need to pay extra HKD 70
