[投訴] 早餐 鳳城 arrangement

sorry I type in English, as if I type in Chinese, it will spend me at least two to three hours to complete.

Today, I went to 鳳城, and my target is either Gucci or Yan Yan this morning. I arrived at 10:10 am. And at that moment, Bo Bo was not there, may be , she take leave ( I guess ). Therefore, the new keeper asked me who I were looking for.

I said : I want Gucci.
New Keeper : She was marked by customer for three hours.
I : OK, so how about Yan Yan
New Keeper : Yan Yan is not yet come back, but will back soon.
I : OK, I wait at the lobby.
New keeper : OK
And that moment Fat keeper come.
I asked Fat keeper : Will Yan Yan come today?
Fat keeper : Yes, she will come back soon, please wait a moment.
I : Good, I will wait her.
After around 15 minutes.

Yan Yan come back, and spoke to Fat keeper, I have a marked order, then she went to Girl room.
Fat keeper didn't speak any words to me, but in my heart, I think I arrive before the C Hing who marked Yan Yan. Yan Yan should serve me first. Therefore, I will wait Fat Keeper arrangement.

And after futture 3 minutes, a C Hing arrived and spoke to Fat Keeper , I have marked Yan Yan. And Fat keeper asked that C Hing to pay HKD 300, and let the new keeper bring him to lower floor.

So I felt strange why Fat keeper asked the C Hing to pay money, and go to wait Yan Yan at lower floor.

Fat Keeper : I have no way, and expected you will complain me, and write at miss148 forum. It is too messy, I am no way.
Actually, Yan Yan is still at Girl room.
If Fat Keeper is willing to arrange accordingly to the order of waiting, as I come first and arrive at 10:10 am ,and that C Hing come at 10:25 pm. According to Ball C Hing stated before, I should the first one to be served by Yan Yan. Therefore, Fat Keeper, went to lower floor to tell the C Hing, he has to be waited for 45 min, as I come first.

However, Fat Keeper just said : I expect you to complain me, it is no way, I can't control , it is too messy.

I am very unhappy, I 1000000% sure, when Yan Yan arrive 鳳城, Fat keeper know I  am waiting Yan Yan. However, he just didn't follow the Breakfast time arragnment : No advance booking.

Why I come at 10:10 am, as I wait to have the service from my target lady.  But it is no meaning, as Fat keep forced me to wait futher 45 mins. To wait 45 mins is minor thing, but I am so disappointed and angry for the keeper 's attitude and services.

I will never go to 鳳城 again, as this is  not my first time to have such no fair experience.

當值肥哥哥偶然頂替BOBO做早餐時段,對此持別時所需之安排方面運作並非十分熟練,如有出錯,雖然不對,亦屬情有可原,當然佢要檢討下自己犯錯之處,積極地對應公司訂下之守則,做到賓至如歸先系正確。

機文兄, 呢D事情周時有啦, 就算勉強俾你行先, 黑口黑面同你水中簫既就無引啦.  我都化晒囉, 唯有搵定2nd, 3rd and 4th choice, 重點係唔好俾人影響自己食野既心情. cheers
